Communicating with spirits, or channelling, can be performed
using a variety of methods. Some of the more commonly used
forms today are Seances and Ouija Board. During the
Victorian era, scrying, table tilting and automatic writing
were popular forms as well.
I personally, have tried several different methods.
During paranormal investigations, I simply speak and ask
questions, even if I don't immediately sense a presence.
At other times, I have been asked to attempt communication
through the use of the Ouija Board. Most recently,
I am attempting the form of automatic writing.
